The Challenge

Affiliate marketing was not yet a core revenue channel for JLab, even though the brand had long partnered with creators. Recruiting new partners, sampling, managing communication, and tracking conversions all lived in manual workflows that simply could not scale.

Once JLab was ready to build a true affiliate program, they needed a platform that could centralize every part of the process and free up the time required to grow it effectively.

Campaign Performance and Messaging Unlocks

Once JLab had the right structure in place, major sales moments became predictable growth drivers instead of one-off spikes.

Prime Day became the strongest sale of the year as creators posted at scale, refreshed content quickly, and responded to real time updates about bonuses and CPC trends.

Back-to-School offered another clear seasonal playbook. Kids headphones performed consistently as creators leaned into safe listening features that resonated with parents and teachers preparing for the new school year.

The momentum continued into January where New Year, New You themes aligned perfectly with JLab’s fitness oriented earbuds. Content that focused on fresh routines and self improvement delivered strong conversions and helped the brand carry its holiday traffic into the new year.

As the creator program matured, Levanta’s reporting revealed patterns that reshaped how the brand positioned its products. Creators consistently highlighted the Be Aware safety mode on JBuds Lux which resonated with women looking for more confidence and awareness while walking or working out.

Features like microphone clarity and active noise cancelling became unexpected conversion drivers among remote workers who relied on reliable audio during calls. These insights helped JLab deliver more relevant briefs and seed the products that aligned naturally with creator lifestyles, strengthening both authenticity and performance.

The Strategy

What was once a manual, ad hoc outreach effort turned into a structured, data-driven affiliate program built around creator cohorts, product-fit mapping, and year-round campaign rhythm.

First, the team began segmenting creators based on how they contributed to revenue, which made every campaign more targeted. Influencers focused on feature driven storytelling, publishers wrote gift guides and listicles, and deal partners were used around promotional windows. This framework allowed JLab to deliver the right offers to the right partners without adding more manual work.

JLab also turned its “Good, Better, Best” catalog into an intentional conversion path. Creators started with approachable $25-30 products that were easy to promote, then gradually introduced higher tier items above $100 once trust was established.

Levanta’s sampling workflow made this seamless. Quick approvals gave creators instant access to products and consistent communication kept them informed about launches, deals, and the brand’s priorities. Even at scale, the process felt personal and efficient.

Levanta’s reporting identified top ASINs to seed before major events, ensuring creators showcased the right products at the right time. Additionally, as one of the earliest adopters of Levanta’s Walmart integration, JLab allowed creators to direct shoppers to whichever platform they preferred which led to new sales within the first few days. This multi-product and multi-marketplace approach gave the brand more ways to capture demand and helped diversify revenue.

Finally, Levanta’s Brand Referral Bonus tools became especially important during that recovery period. Higher and more predictable BRB earnings kept creators motivated to post often, experiment with more SKUs, and stay active during tentpole events like Prime Day, Back-to-School, or New Year’s Day. Over twelve months, JLab generated more than 3X the Levanta platform fee from BRB revenue alone.

The Result

JLab transformed affiliate marketing into one of its most reliable marketplace growth engines, tripling revenue year over year. A major driver of this lift was the steady cadence of creator activity throughout the year. With clearer briefs, smarter sampling, and repeatable tentpole playbooks, creators delivered sustained engagement across seasons which ensured JLab always had momentum heading into key sales periods.

Marketplace expansion also played an important role. Amazon US continued to be the growth engine, while Amazon EU grew steadily quarter after quarter. JLab’s early adoption of Levanta’s Walmart integration created an additional stream of conversion-ready traffic, generating sales within the first few days of launch.

Levanta creators drove more than 364k clicks over twelve months, a level of high-intent traffic that translated into 64% of Amazon’s attributed sales and 48% of total conversions.
