The Brand

NatPat is a wellness brand that creates fun, sticker-like patches for kids that help repel pests, improve focus, promote calm, and get better sleep.

Co-founders Michael Jankie, Gary Tramer, and Andrei Safonau built the company with a mission-driven focus on quality materials, high safety standards, affordable prices, and playful packaging that resonates with parents and children alike.

Founded in 2020, this is a brand that both parents and children love. They quickly found viral success, great retail placement, and a ton of excellent earned media. But in 2024, they noticed that their affiliate sales had hit a bit of a plateau.

The Challenge

Launched in 2020, NatPat made its first sale just a week after going live and quickly gained viral attention, strong retail placement, and widespread media coverage.

However, despite their popularity and strong retail presence, by 2024, NatPat’s affiliate sales had plateaued. They experimented with Amazon’s Creator Connections platform and saw short bursts of sales around events like Prime Day, but without the ability to actively recruit or incentivize the right-fit creators, they couldn’t sustain momentum.

By the start of 2025, the NatPat team had seen enough results to know their affiliates had potential, but they were frustrated by the lack of consistency. The Strategy
